Operation Uplift

Operation Uplift is a program created by Harter Physical Therapy to show HPT’s gratitude for the community we serve. The purpose of Operation Uplift is to develop a way to identify community members in need, gather ideas from local sources in order to provide help to individuals and families in any way Operation Uplift can.

How does it work?


If you know an individual or family that is in need in Clearwater, Goddard and Cheney, KS, stop by Harter Physical Therapy and ask to pick up a Nomination Form for Operation Uplift. Fill the form out and drop it back off at Harter Physical Therapy. Operation Uplift will select individuals and families on a first come first serve basis. Once selected, an “Uplifting” will be performed where Operation Uplift will do whatever we can to help the individuals in need.


Please note: Although we want to help every single person in need, that will not be possible for us to do in this first year. We also ask that individuals do not nominate themselves. Please nominate other individuals or families.
