Dr. Janet Blasi, PT, DPT, CMPT
Janet grew up in east Wichita. She attended Wichita State University completing her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. After completing her Bachelors Degree, Janet attended Wichita State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
During Doctor Physical Therapy School, Janet developed a strong interest in outpatient physical therapy. Upon graduation, Janet did observation hours at Harter Physical Therapy. She was immediately drawn to the patient-centered atmosphere, as well as the utilization of precise physical therapy interventions to allow patients to return to doing what they love and improving their quality of life. After her observation at HPT, she knew it was the place she wanted to work at.
Janet began working at HPT in 2019. What she enjoy most about being a part of the HPT team is the sense of family amongst the coworkers and patients. During her time at HPT, Janet has obtained her Certification in Manual Therapy through the North American Institute of Manual Therapy.
Outside of the clinic, you may find Janet chasing her very wiggly and active son around that her husband and her welcomed into the world in May of 2021. She enjoys binge watching The Office or Inkmaster with her brother and sister. And if you are ever on the east side of Wichita, you may catch her enjoying some of her Mom’s amazing home cooking!
