Dr. Reagan Kaechele, PT, DPT

Why You’ll Love Working with Reagan

  • Specialized & Whole-Person Care: As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with post-graduate training in pelvic floor therapy, Reagan takes an integrative, multi-system approach to rehabilitation. By evaluating how different body systems interact rather than isolating symptoms, she treats the whole person to deliver thorough, compassionate care across a wide spectrum of health conditions.
  • Empathetic & Attentive Listener: Reagan believes that truly listening to her patients is one of the greatest gifts she can offer. Driven by a fascination with the human body and a passion for lifelong learning, she creates a supportive environment tailored to each individual.
  • Empowering Independence: Reagan focuses on helping patients regain confidence and long-term control over their health. Rather than offering quick fixes, she equips patients with the tools and knowledge they need to overcome and independently address their pain and symptoms.
  • Motivational Recovery Guide: Whether celebrating breakthroughs or walking alongside patients during challenging times, Reagan keeps her patients motivated by constantly reminding them of their personal goals and highlighting every bit of progress made.

In Her Own Words

“There is nothing better than watching a patient shift from feeling limited to feeling fully in control of their health again. Helping patients achieve independence is incredibly rewarding, especially in a world full of short-term solutions.”

Beyond the Clinic

  • Fun Fact: While most people prefer summer heat, Reagan loves winter weather and is actually a fluent ice skater!
  • Life Outside the Clinic: Based at our Goddard clinic, Reagan loves baking cookies, reading a good book, and sipping a warm cup of tea. On a perfect weekend, you’ll find her spending quality time outdoors with her husband and son—especially near the water—or grabbing an excellent Bánh Mì from KimLan Sandwiches downtown.
